Keith M. Jensen: Mr. Jensen was admitted to the Bar in Texas in 1990. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University, with a a bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland. Mr. Jensen handles a wide variety of cases including defective drug liability, personal injury, construction site accidents, products liability, environmental litigation, legal malpractice and class actions.

In the past few years in cases where Mr. Jensen was lead counsel, judgments or settlements have been obtained totaling over $16 billion. See, "Results" for further information.

In 2004, Mr. Jensen, and only one other attorney, tried the third "Round 2" fen-phen case in the country against one of the largest drug companies in the world; Wyeth f/k/a American Home Products Corporation. To his knowledge, the confidential settlement achieved in the third week of trial was the first such settlement in the country.

Mr. Jensen has served as a speaker at educational seminars for other attorneys around the country on topics including trial strategy, product liability suits and class actions.

 

Paul G. Belew: Mr. Belew graduated from University of North Texas in 1987 and Texas Wesleyan School of Law in 1995.

Mr. Belew has handled and tried or has been a team member in trying a wide variety of lawsuits including those involving tire tread separations resulting in fatalities, trucking accidents resulting in fatalities, fen-phen cases, cases involving DWI (on both the criminal and civil side of the docket) and cases involving the deadly lung disease caused by fenfluramine (the defective half of fen-phen) called primary pulmonary hypertension.

 

Xavier A. Gonzalez: Mr. Gonzalez, who speaks fluent Spanish, graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 1991 and Texas Wesleyan University of Law in 1996. Mr. Gonzalez concentrates his practice in the area of catastrophic personal injury matters. Prior to law school Mr. Gonzalez owned and operated a company that specialized in courtroom demonstrative evidence. This experience further enhances the firms ability to utilize the latest computer graphics, recreated animations as well as two and three-dimensional models to effectively prosecute our clients= claims. Mr. Gonzalez= legal acumen mixed with his computer skills and creative insights have proven to be a strong asset in the visual portrayal of our client=s cases in trial, pre-trial preparation and settlement negotiations.

 

David A. Singleton: Mr. Singleton graduated second in his class from Baylor University School of Law in 1992. Mr. Singleton obtained a jury verdict against State Farm Insurance Company for $102,000,000 for refusing to pay a $20,000 claim to one of its insureds. The verdict remains one of the largest jury verdicts of its kind today. Mr. Singleton continues to vindicate the rights of the people every day.
